Chipotle and Pineapple Salsa
Makes 1 batch
3Chipotle Texas Chipotle Pods minced (rehydrated)
1pineapple, peeled and diced
2t. Chipotle Texas Green Chipotle Powder
1green pepper, diced
1red pepper, diced
1red onion, diced
1/4c. cilantro, chopped
2t. ground cumin
Juice of 2 limes
1/2c. sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix ingredients; serve.
