Casco de Guayaba con Queso

Serves 2
- 6 oz. canned ripped guava shell
- 2 oz. light cream cheese
- 2 T. guava syrup (the one that comes in the can with the guava shell)
On a nice glass cup add the ripped guava shell and the syrup. On top of the fruit, add the cream cheese. As decoration, place a mint leave on top for a nice presentation.
